LASE has been awarded the contract to supply two LaseLCPS-STS-3D systems for a customer in the UK.
The LaseLCPS-STS-3D (Load Collision Prevention measurement system) enables 3D collision prevention of containers at the spreader of an STS crane with containers on a container ship.
The system operates in both the operational bay and the adjacent bay. Furthermore, the system can measure catwalks, cell guides and longitudinal shifts of the vessel.
