LASE Industrielle Lasertechnik GmbH with elexis AG as a strong partner. elexis AG has acquired a minority share in LASE Industrielle Lasertechnik GmbH as of January 1, 2021. The trustful discussions and the vision for the common future were the guarantors for the successful conclusion of the strategic partnership.
Together with EMG Automation GmbH, a subsidiary of elexis AG, synergies will be exploited in joint product development in the steel industry.
The partnership gives LASE GmbH the opportunity to benefit from the worldwide sales and service network of elexis AG.
LASE will mainly use subsidiaries and successful sales locations of elexis AG in the USA, India and China. With the LASE subsidiaries in Singapore and Australia elexis will get a better market access in the field of container ports and the mining industry.
On December 21, 2020 the contract was signed by the board members of elexis AG – Dr. Rolf Merte (CEO) and Mr. Ingo Koesfeld (CFO) – as well as the LASE owners – Mr. Achim Klingberg and Mr. Lars Ambrosy.
